Who provides the service
Mivendedor is a service provided by Saúl Enrique Castillo Valdés, doing business as ACTIVAR B2B, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico ("Mivendedor"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Mivendedor is an artificial intelligence agent that handles messages on the channels you connect, qualifies leads, schedules appointments, follows up, and records information in a sales pipeline. The features included in each plan are described on the pricing page.
Trial
The trial lasts 7 days and includes up to 50 conversations. After that, your account is paused unless you choose a plan.
Payments
Plans are paid monthly in advance, with no long-term commitment. Prices do not include VAT. Additional conversations are charged in bundles. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes.
Third-party fees
Fees charged by Meta or other providers for WhatsApp messages or SMS are not included. They are paid directly to those providers or billed at cost.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in accordance with the policies of Meta, WhatsApp, and each channel; obtain consent from the people you message; and not send unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful, misleading, or offensive content. We may suspend any account that violates these rules.
Artificial intelligence
The agent responds using the information you provide and may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing that information and for the offers, prices, and commitments your business makes to its customers. The agent identifies itself as an AI assistant.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party outages, such as messaging platforms.
Data
Your account information and your customers’ information belong to you. You can export it or request its deletion. Data processing is governed by our privacy notice.
Responsibility
Mivendedor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last three months. We are not liable for sales that don’t close, decisions made by third parties, or account suspensions for violating channel policies.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by WhatsApp or email; service stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
