Information we collect
From people who contact us or become customers: name, company, job title, phone number, email, country, and messages sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or this website.
For service operations: the data customers upload to their accounts and conversations with their own customers, which we process on their behalf.
How we use it
Necessary purposes: responding to your request, setting up your trial or account, providing the service, billing, and providing support.
Additional purposes: to send you information about Mivendedor and related services. You can opt out by writing to saul@activarventasb2b.com, without affecting the service.
Our clients’ customer data
When a company uses Mivendedor to serve its own customers, that company is responsible for those data and for obtaining their consent; Mivendedor processes them only to provide the service and according to its instructions.
Who we share it with
With the technology providers that make the service possible (hosting, messaging, artificial intelligence models, and email), some of whom are located outside Mexico, including in the European Union and the United States, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and you may also withdraw your consent by emailing saul@activarventasb2b.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your ID. We’ll respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
